Even though we must have looked at over (50) houses, you were never impatient with us, and you never tried to force a decision from us just to get a sale. In addition to being one of the most knowledgeable and professional realtors I have ever had the occasion to work with, your great sense of humor and warm personality made it especially pleasant to work with you. Our calls were always promptly returned, viewings were always quickly scheduled, and you were always able to answer every single question we had about each of the many properties we looked at, including those questions we had about the local communities and schools. The fact that you also have a fantastic mortgage broker working directly for your company made the financing questions and issues related to the purchase that much easier and convenient for us to deal with. In the end, it was your added personal touches along with your keen business insight that most impressed me. Because of both, we ended up with a plowed driveway the day of closing (a gift from you) and an unexpected home warranty which you were able to negotiate with the sellers. There was not a single need that went unmet in our dealings with you and with RealPro. I am writing to recommend RealPro Real-estate Professionals (Brenda and Patrick Flick) as the most effective, professional and honest real estate agency I have ever had the pleasure of doing business. RealPro sold my third home for me in Evergreen, Colorado in 2004, saving me approximately $10,000 dollars in commissions after having it listed with another agent unsuccessfully for 6 months (and we all know how unpleasant all those showings can be). Through RealPro's aggressive marketing initiatives, RealPro was able to bring the buyer for my home in less than 90 days. Today is exactly 3 yrs to the day that we moved from Littleton to Bluebird Ln near Bailey. What a beautiful place to live!! We will probably still be thinking of you for years to come for such a great experience “house hunting” with you. Gosh the kids even asked
